Invoices for orders
Every order is delivered with a receipt or invoice via email to the address provided when placing the order. Upon request, we can include a paper version of the document with the shipment.
The prices given are gross values and include the VAT rate applicable to the product.
Delivery of wholesale orders
For larger orders, delivery is made on pallets by a dedicated forwarding company, at a cost agreed upon with the merchant. A list of merchants can be found here. here .

Complaints and reporting delivery problems
