Professional laboratories in our production plant are a guarantee of quality!

To create the most innovative, effective product, we select the best ingredients and conduct the necessary research using:

Microbiology laboratory
Sensory analysis laboratory
Physical and chemical laboratory

Literature analysis of clinical studies

The first stage of the work already underway on the new product is a literature analysis of clinical studies and scientific data, the result of which is the initial development of the product assumptions, including the form, composition, dosage and method of use, as well as the theoretical formulation.

Raw Material Research

After establishing the above assumptions, we move on to specifics. We research and order the necessary raw materials, which are the ingredients of the product. The obtained raw materials are subjected to organoleptic tests in order to obtain the best flavor and aroma composition of the product, as well as technological tests to optimize the recipe. Then, production tests are performed to check the possibilities of implementing the product with specific parameters and packaging to a production scale, as well as storage tests to determine the shelf life.

Product Specifications

The final stage is to prepare the product specifications and data for its label, so that the final recipe and technology can be transferred to production.

Quality control

Quality control of our products is an extremely important element. It takes place at several stages:

01
Physico-chemical and microbiological quality control of raw materials.
02
Verification of required packaging documentation and certificates.
03
Checking the label for compliance with the approved design.
04
Exemption for the production of raw materials, packaging and labels.
05
Product inspection according to specifications and reference sample.
06
Release of a product finished for sale.
