A protein dessert is also great for sweet tooths who want to lose weight - you can use it to replace a meal from time to time when you crave something sweet.

Protein ice cream with Oreo cookie flavor
- medium sized frozen banana
- 100ml milk
- 100g Greek yogurt
- 30g protein supplement (we recommend De Luxe Whey in cookies and cream flavor)
- Oreo cookie
Blend the chopped banana, milk, yogurt and protein powder in a bowl until smooth. Then add the crushed Oreo cookie and mix everything together. Leave the prepared mixture in the freezer for about 2.5 - 3 hours.
Coconut chia pudding
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 1.5 cups coconut milk
- a spoonful of maple syrup
- 20g protein supplement
- 2 tablespoons coconut flakes
- - half a cup of blueberries
Mix coconut milk, protein powder, chia seeds, maple syrup and coconut flakes well in a bowl. Refrigerate overnight. Sprinkle blueberries on top before serving.
Protein mini cheesecakes
- medium sized banana
- 30g protein supplement
- egg
- 200g of low-fat cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons coconut flakes
- sweetener (to taste)
In a bowl, mix the banana, conditioner, egg, cottage cheese, shavings and, optionally, sweetener. Pour the resulting mass into two small baking tins, sprinkle with a bit of your favorite fruit (raspberries or blueberries work well) and put in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
Yogurt cream
- 300g natural yogurt
- 30g protein supplement
- 100g strawberries (can be replaced with raspberries)
- a spoonful of peanut butter
Mix yogurt, protein powder and peanut butter. Add chopped strawberries or raspberries to the resulting mixture. Transfer to several smaller molds and then place in the freezer for 3 hours.
Protein balls with Rafaello flavor
- 200g of low-fat cottage cheese
- 15g protein supplement
- 30g natural yogurt
- 25g coconut flakes
- 10g almond flour
- 15g almonds
Mix cottage cheese, conditioner, yogurt and flour in a bowl until smooth. Then form small balls from the resulting mixture, and gently press almonds into each one. Roll the finished balls in coconut flakes and put in the fridge for a few hours.
