BCAA XTRA by Activlab
The time is coming when everyone should think about improving the definition of their muscles or showing them off, getting rid of the accumulated layer of fat tissue after hard work during the mass cycle. The goals are individual for each person: some want to continue working on muscle mass, others go into reducing fat tissue, and still others dream of recomposition, which is a de facto difficult task. The goals are different, the means are different, and yet there are supplements that are useful and even always necessary. These include, for example, branched-chain amino acids. Of course, you have to take care of the best quality of the product. The Activlab company, paying attention to the opinions, needs and goals of people who train hard, has produced BCAA XTRA .
This product is a concentrated source of branched-chain amino acids. These include the commonly used: leucine, valine and isoleucine. These amino acids are obtained from the highest quality complex proteins, which include, for example: casein, whey and meat proteins. They are classified as exogenous, i.e. those that our body is unable to synthesize on its own, so it must be supplied through food or supplements. Each of us would like to maintain muscle tissue while getting rid of fat tissue. However, not everyone knows that the three previously mentioned components constitute about 30-35% of dry human muscle mass, so it is important to remember to supply them in optimal amounts to prevent its reduction. In addition, they have an impact on maintaining the anabolic phase, i.e. the building phase by maintaining a positive nitrogen balance.
The BCAA XTRA dose is selected in such a way that when administered before training, it has a beneficial effect on increasing energy reserves, which has a beneficial effect on increased efficiency during training, leading to strength and endurance gains with systematic supply. By taking BCAA amino acids from Activlab after training, we are able to inhibit the so-called post-exercise catabolism and quickly enter the anabolic phase, quickly providing material that builds muscle tissue. The same supplement contributes to shortening the regeneration time after heavy physical exertion, increasing the endurance of the human body.
This agent is also an ideal option during physical exercise, to initiate or deepen the anabolism of muscle cells, when they are most sensitive to the action of the hormone called insulin. They directly affect regeneration. How does this happen? Well, they circulate in our blood, from where they are absorbed directly into the muscles. Too low a supply, which can occur through the use of only food products, increases the level of free tryptophan. This results in an increase in the level of serotonin in the body, which is a neurotransmitter of fatigue in our brain. BCAA therefore acts on the central nervous system, removing the feeling of drowsiness or fatigue after a long workout.
The optimal dosage on training days is as follows:
- 10g before training.
- 10g after training.
- Additionally, you can support yourself with a half or full dose during ongoing exercise.
And on days dedicated to regeneration:
- 10g before a meal (preferably right after waking up to inhibit catabolism).
A serving of BCAA XTRA is selected in the optimal ratio of 2:1:1 (leucine, valine, isoleucine), containing as much as 5g of branched-chain amino acids.
During the reduction of adipose tissue, the level of muscle glycogen (sugar storage) can be significantly lower. When we train hard, its reserves can be depleted. Our diet is not completely sufficient for us, because it has a negative calorie balance. BCAA amino acids come to our aid. The optimal dose of BCAA XTRA is 10g per 250ml of water, which in the 500g package offered by Activlab becomes a fairly economical combination. Additionally, this supplement has been enriched with l-glutamine.
The addition of glutamine significantly improves the absorption of other amino acids, which enhances our results. An additional advantage is the beneficial contribution of this amino acid to the functioning of the kidneys. Why is this an important element? Well, the work of the kidneys is slowed down and additionally burdened by the high protein intake resulting from the athlete's diet.
Activlab has also taken care of sensory stimuli, especially the taste. The product is available in three flavors (lemon, orange, grapefruit), which are statistically positively tolerated by most people. The taste improves the attitude to taking the supplement and puts us in a subconsciously good mood before training. The product is very well soluble in water and does not leave lumps common in average supplements of this type. There is still some time left to trust the experts of Activlab and help yourself in preparing for summer form.
