Ingredients:

Eggs 2-4

Regular oat flakes – 2 tablespoons

Coconut oil – teaspoon

Salt

Pepper

Peanut butter – 1 tablespoon

Banana

Coconut flakes (optional)

Peanut butter and banana omelette

 

Preparation:

  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl. You can use 2 to 4 depending on your needs. Season with salt and pepper and beat until the yolks are mixed with the whites and a characteristic foam is formed.
  2. Add oatmeal and mix all ingredients together.
  3. Heat coconut oil in a pan and pour the contents of the bowl into it. Fry the omelette on both sides until lightly browned.
  4. Transfer the omelette to a plate and spread with peanut butter. Add sliced ​​bananas and sprinkle with coconut flakes.
