Crispy omelette with peanut butter and bananas.

Portion for one person
Ingredients:
Eggs 2-4
Regular oat flakes – 2 tablespoons
Coconut oil – teaspoon
Salt
Pepper
Peanut butter – 1 tablespoon
Banana
Coconut flakes (optional)

Preparation:
- Crack the eggs into a bowl. You can use 2 to 4 depending on your needs. Season with salt and pepper and beat until the yolks are mixed with the whites and a characteristic foam is formed.
- Add oatmeal and mix all ingredients together.
- Heat coconut oil in a pan and pour the contents of the bowl into it. Fry the omelette on both sides until lightly browned.
- Transfer the omelette to a plate and spread with peanut butter. Add sliced bananas and sprinkle with coconut flakes.
