Despite the media placing increasing emphasis on the broadly understood concept of "being fit" and a healthy diet, many of us still cannot afford it due to the dizzying pace of work. The temporary slowdown in life and the economy resulting from the raging pandemic has given us a moment to take a closer look at our eating habits. Many people have discovered their culinary talents during this time, but a significant number of them have simply... used the excess free time at home to mindlessly overeat. Gyms and fitness clubs are slowly opening, so now is the perfect time to calmly and this time very sensibly plan your diet before re-entering the high-speed lifestyle. What to eat when there is not much time to cook? We suggest

Why should taking care of balanced meals be so important? If we don't have time to take care of ourselves and our health - how can we live life with pleasure? Why are we surprised that we lack energy? That it's hard to get up, that we feel weak? Of course, the figure and our appearance are a very important element here, but without well-being there is no point in talking about joy in how we look.

Between work, childcare, training and after-hours courses, it's hard to find time to cook. Many of you love to cook and enjoy meals you've made yourself, but the fatigue and stress of everyday life don't allow you to find much time for it. We're slowly starting to look for alternatives. A meal in a restaurant, catering at work, a quick sandwich at a gas station... These are definitely not enough for people who want to eat healthily. So we look even further: diet catering, the services of trainers and dieticians who help find ideas for easy-to-prepare and healthy dishes. Finally, it turns out that all of these services are incredibly dangerous for our finances and... we're back to square one.

This is where the moment of breakdown and the question comes in – if “health” involves cooking your own meals, then where do you even find the time for a “healthy diet”? After all, cooking takes time and work! Then many people simply give up and give up on the fight for their figure and well-being. But don’t worry, all you need is good organization, a minimum of self-determination and you can get through this!

We present a few simple tips, the implementation of which will not be difficult, and which will significantly facilitate the daily care of healthy nutrition. Believe me: it does not hurt and is not that scary. A healthy diet does not have to be the same as hours spent in the kitchen and expensive, hard-to-find products.

  1. Don't look far

Many people associate healthy eating with a million fancy ingredients – hard to pronounce, and even harder to find in a store. What's worse, they think these are very expensive products. Let us reassure you, healthy food surrounds us on every side. Literally! Who said you can't eat white rice or rye bread from the supermarket near your block? It will still be a better alternative to a yeast bun! Are you looking for a quick snack? Instead of a bar, reach for natural cottage cheese and a banana or a bun and sausages. Are you unable to eat a meal from a container? Reach for fruit or – oh my – a ready-made product available on store shelves after CAREFULLY checking its composition.

  1. Order online

Don't have time to spend hours searching through store shelves looking for something with the perfect ingredients? Don't worry, you can successfully shop online. While popular supermarkets offer all products from the standard series with delivery to your door, it is worth looking around for brands of healthy food or dietary supplements that offer products with valuable ingredients in their stores and dedicated to active people who care about their figure. You can also find easy-to-prepare products and semi-finished products on our website. This offer will be expanded soon.

  1. Emergency meal is the key to success

The best way to "stick to a diet" is to prepare meals for the whole day - in the morning or the day before. Then, even when you come home tired and hungry, you will not have an excuse that you don't feel like cooking, because the food will be waiting in the fridge. However, life does not always allow us to implement planned scenarios. When we cannot return home and eat a prepared meal, we are on a business trip or we are spending a long weekend out of town - it is worth having healthy, nutritious snacks on hand that will protect us from snacking on unhealthy things and hunger attacks.

We are advocates of having "something for a rainy day" in the car/backpack/bag - it gives you the opportunity to reach for a nutritious snack during a prolonged meeting, an unplanned life situation or an above-average traffic jam in a metropolis. In such situations, you often reach for what is "at hand" - a hot dog from a nearby gas station, a classic candy bar or a packet of cookies from a supermarket you come across on the way. Analyze - is it more sensible to reach for a large reservoir of sugar and highly processed fats, questionable quality sausages covered in mayonnaise sauce or a bar based on high-quality protein and polyols? The answer seems obvious. Sure - if you have an omelette, stew with rice or tasty sandwiches with you - eat conventionally, but if you are choosing between a poor quality snack and a bar - always choose sports food.

It can be a functional bar with a high protein content or protein-rich sausages - for meat eaters, cottage cheese or simply some fruit. It is worth reading the ingredients carefully and choosing snacks that will meet the demand for as many ingredients as possible that our body needs.

Today's world is opening up to people who want to eat healthily, despite their busy lives. Search hard and you will find that it was really easy!
