To start with, we propose a classic "fast food" meal in a fit version - nuggets in almond-oat breading, sweet potato fries and a yogurt-based coleslaw salad.
Cook with a Trainer - Chicken Nuggets
Nuggets:
Chicken breast 200g
Almonds 30g
Oat flakes 30g
Seasoning: Gypsy chicken half the packet
Fries:
Sweet potato 250g
Bake for about 15 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
Salad:
Leek green part 2 stalks
Cabbage quarter
Carrot 1 piece
Greek yogurt 50g
Wine vinegar 2 teaspoons
Optional for salad:
horseradish, salt, mustard.
