Cook with a Trainer - Spaghetti with spinach and chicken

Today we propose chicken combined with spinach, mozzarella and pasta, a tasty change from traditional spaghetti.

  • To prepare we will need:
  • Chicken breast 150g
  • Mozzarella 30g
  • Semolina pasta 100g
  • Young spinach
  • Garlic, parsley, fresh basil
  • Red pepper
  • Oregano, nutmeg, lovage
  • Hot pepper, salt, pepper


Preparation :

Cut the chicken into small cubes, fry on dry Teflon or a pan sprayed with PAM until lightly browned on each side, then add the spinach leaves and the remaining ingredients, except for the mozzarella, which we add just before removing the dish from the heat, serve the whole thing with semolina pasta cooked according to the instructions on the package.
