The next seconds, minutes, hours, days, weeks, months, and finally years.

Unfulfilled plans, unachieved goals, unattainable dreams. But why? It's so simple! All you have to do is want. Not really... If the desires are not followed by any action, then nothing will come of it . Right at the beginning we change the Kolching: all you have to do is want, to life: all you have to do is act! Because to do something, you have to be a man of action, not just speech. What's the difference? Quite significant. People of speech are no different from a backyard tough guy who tricks kids by saying that they definitely won't make it to that roof... which he himself has never been to. A man of action motivates kids to get on the roof... while standing on that roof. This is more or less the same system that distinguishes regular troops from special units. In regular units, the commander shouts: forward, in special units: follow me. Supposedly, the same factors also distinguish between a boss and a leader. It doesn't matter. The most important thing is that we decide for ourselves what kind of person we become.

training

Although the introduction can be applied to any area of life, the text will concern fat fatties and our unequal struggle with food . Yes, ours. Look closely, I am not a model with a grid on her belly. I am Radzio Wu, a fat fatty, an athlete. I know everything about the struggle with food. That is why I present a loose description of thirty individual days of struggles with diet and training, based on the memories of a veteran of more than one fight. Many have already fallen on days marked as a crisis, remember that it is then that the enemy has the advantage and under no circumstances should you give in to him!

diet

Day 1. New workout, new diet, new life. Everything is joyful and beautiful. Bailando!

Day 2. Mirror image. Momentum. Meals prepared, exercises done.

Day 3. Crisis. First energy slump and first diet cheat.

Day 4. Back. Finally, this is what you want! Joy returns. There is training, there is diet, there is life.

Day 5. It's strange that there wasn't a system like this before. Training and diet. That's it!

Day 6. The water is flowing and the first effects are visible. Maybe do some charging?

Day 7. Crisis. Loading.

Day 8. Training and diet, a new deal.

Day 9. Why am I not losing weight? Why is it not working?

Day 10. I'm not losing weight. It's not working.

Day 11. I'm Not Losing Weight! It's Not Working!

Day 12. Crisis. It makes no sense. First anger.

Day 13. Let the day end.

Day 14. Charging. No more problems.

Day 15. Crisis. First test. Memories of loading.

Day 16. Let's go with it!

Day 17. Or not.

Day 18. Or so.

Day 19. Or I don't know.

Day 20. Do whatever you want!

Day 21. Crisis. Oh my!

Day 22. Weight is going down, appearance is improving.

Day 23. That's right, not at all!

Day 24. Blah, blah, blah!

Day 25. !@#$%

Day 26. It's not that bad.

Day 27. But what’s the point of all this?

Day 28. Loading. I wanted to say hello to my training and diet. That's what I love!

Day 29. The joy of being back. Diet and training. One hundred out of one hundred.

Day 30. This is not the kind of work you were supposed to do!

The good news is that although crises will never disappear, over time a habit will emerge that will allow you to persevere, and training and diet will become an inseparable part of life . Then awareness will also appear that will allow you to understand the above schedule. Bailando, good luck, health!
