On December 8, the 2nd Lower Silesia Championships in MMA - Mixed Martial Arts and BJJ - Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu will be held in Oborniki Śląskie.
This is a nationwide event organized by the Invictus BJJ Oborniki Śląskie Association. The competition will feature athletes competing in several formulas, including: Athletes will be able to test their skills in 21 MMA categories and 21 BJJ. This time, the organizers have also introduced an additional division into advanced and beginners.
BJJ is a sport that is extremely popular due to its effectiveness and the fact that anyone can try their hand at it, regardless of whether they are tall, short, skinny or fat. Because it does not use brutal blows, it is also popular among women and children. Brazilian jiu jitsu has also gained recognition among police officers and the military.
