During the year, we are at risk of at least a few "gym crises". Holidays, vacations, hard times at work/home, illness - that's when we lose our rhythm. With each passing day, it becomes harder and harder to get back on track. How to motivate yourself? How to regain the will to fight? Discover our methods!

How to motivate yourself to exercise?
- Start with simple activities
If you feel overwhelmed by the prospect of returning to the gym, you put off exercising “until later”, start with something easier! A light jog, a brisk walk, or a visit to the pool should make you miss a healthy lifestyle.
- Or just the gym?
Health and fitness are not just about going to the gym every day. Team sports (football, volleyball), jogging, cycling or rollerblading – all of these activities can be a great complement to time spent among the dumbbells.
- Buy yourself something nice as an incentive
New workout clothes, shoes, equipment, supplements – that’s a fresh start to a new “me”. It may seem like a small thing, but it makes you happy and motivates you to train! After all, if you have something new, it’s worth showing up with it or in it.
- Get your gym bag ready the day before
Pack your gym bag before you go to bed and leave it somewhere you can see it. When you get out of bed, it will be there waiting for you, so the excuse of “I didn’t have time to get ready” won’t work!
- Find a workout partner
It's much easier to back out of a workout when you only have yourself to explain yourself to, but when you have a workout partner, the situation changes dramatically. Working out together is a great way to increase motivation, stick to a routine, and encourage each other positively!
- Take the challenge
Make a training plan for the whole month and treat it as a challenge. Write down which days you want to train, how much time it should take you and what results you want to achieve. After a month, you will fall into a routine and such challenges will no longer be necessary.
- Release endorphins
Sometimes we focus unnecessarily on how much effort we have to put into training, and not necessarily on its result. Ok, when we exercise it can be hard, but the feeling after training is amazing! Thanks to the endorphins released during physical exercise, you will feel alive!
