It's hot outside, summer is in full swing. Strawberry season is in full swing, so let's take advantage of it while we can! Strawberries provide freshness and refreshment, are a source of many vitamins, and also improve digestion. Combined with kefir and a banana, they will become a delicious and filling snack.

And here is our next culinary proposal using Protein Shake !

Strawberry Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:

about 7 strawberries (carbohydrates – 5g)

1 banana (carbohydrates - 27g)

200 ml kefir (protein – 9g)

2 teaspoons chia seeds (fiber – 3.4g)

1 scoop Protein Shake (protein – 23g)

Preparation:

All ingredients should be mixed thoroughly. Enjoy!
