Breakfast is considered the most important meal of the day, so it's worth starting it with colorful scrambled eggs rich in protein and omega-3 acids!

Ingredients for colorful scrambled eggs:
2-3 eggs (protein 15-22.5g)
1/3 small onion
4 cherry tomatoes
3 dried tomatoes
A handful of spinach
Butter
Salt
Pepper
Preparation:
- Heat a teaspoon of butter in a pan. Finely dice the onion, add to the pan and add a pinch of salt. Fry until lightly browned, then add the chopped cherry tomatoes and simmer covered for about 2 minutes.
- Add a handful of spinach and fry until it wilts. Then add sliced dried tomatoes and eggs. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
