After the holidays, we come with a few tips for you that will help you lose a few extra pounds after the holidays. It won't be easy, but no one ever said that achieving your goal was easy. We're keeping our fingers crossed!

Tips for those gaining weight quickly:

– In order to speed up metabolism, you should first eliminate fats from your diet, and then carbohydrates;

– carbohydrates should come from the least processed sources possible and have a low glycemic index, e.g. buckwheat, brown rice, whole grain pasta made from rye flour;

– fats should be mostly vegetable, e.g. cold-pressed oils – olive oil, nuts, pits, seeds, peanut butter;

– The diet should be lower in calories at the beginning by about 500 kcal than the diet used previously),

– there is no possibility of snacking between meals,

– With longer periods of use, the overall amount of protein in the diet can be increased.

Sample meal:

  1. 8 egg whites
  2. 1 egg yolk
  3. any amount of raw vegetables

Tips for people with fast metabolism:

– Calories from carbohydrates and fats can be subtracted evenly;

– the protein level in the diet should remain more or less the same

– products should be of natural origin and unprocessed,

– White rice should be replaced with brown rice,

– we exclude fatty animal meat in favor of vegetable fat, e.g. olive oil

– you can increase the number of meals by 1 or 2 per day (taking into account the assumed caloric content of the diet),

– You should slowly subtract calories from your diet, for example, to start with -300 kcal from your current diet

Sample meal:

  1. 150 g chicken breast
  2. 75 brown rice
  3. 10 g olive oil
  4. any amount of raw vegetables
