Like me, every year you make a New Year's resolution to lose weight and keep it off? If so, I have a few tips for you on how to achieve that resolution.

Tasty diet?
I don't know about you, but I like to eat and my first problem with diets is that half of them are simply not tasty, which is why a diet should consist of products that you like. Otherwise, like me, you will quickly stop using it. It is worth adding that only regular meals will prevent you from being afraid of the yo-yo effect.
Varied menu
This is the key to success. If I were to eat "rice with chicken" every day, my diet would probably end after a week. The body needs all the nutrients to function properly (regardless of whether you are on a diet or not), so try to diversify your menu in every way possible.
Action Plan
They say that weight is just a side effect of a healthy lifestyle and that this lifestyle is what you should fight for. You have two paths depending on how determined you are:
First – gradually reduce everything that causes weight gain and therefore introduce healthy eating habits: give up sweets, fast food, drink more water, eat more often (obviously 5 times a day) smaller portions, try to give up carbohydrates before bed. However, you will have to wait a little longer for the effect.
Secondly, if you are more determined and want faster results, plan your menu carefully. You can start with an effective attack phase. Once you have lost some weight and this effect motivates you to continue losing weight, implement the principles of healthy eating.

Physical exertion
Diet and physical activity are the foundations of weight loss. By giving up activity while on a diet, you expose yourself to the yo-yo effect, muscle loss and, above all, a drop in mood and, as a result, a loss of motivation to lose weight. Physical exercise is a source of endorphins - the hormone of happiness, which definitely improves our mood. Muscles are also necessary to maintain a firm and healthy-looking body. Loss of muscle mass also causes weakening of bones.
Supplementation is an important part of your diet!
Get some extra help. Supplements are an important part of your diet, but you have to remember that they are just a way to supplement a well-balanced diet. It’s worth learning which ones will direct your body and speed up fat burning, which ones will increase your endurance and energy levels, improve your concentration, and which ones will help alleviate pain associated with overtraining or muscle cramps.
Awards
Diet is not a punishment, after all, we only have one life!!! Once a week, your favorite meal is not a tragedy!
