Banana Pancakes Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
🔹 one banana (120 g),
🔹 50 g millet flour or oat flour,
🔹 1 egg,
🔹 10 g coconut oil or olive oil,
🔹 2 pinches of cinnamon,
🔹 20 g of Activlab strawberry-flavored protein supplement,
🔹 50 g natural yogurt.
PREPARATION :
Mash the banana with a fork, add flour and egg.
Mix all ingredients together and then fry in coconut oil for 1-2 minutes on each side.
Pour the conditioner into a bowl, add the yogurt and mix until smooth. Pour the prepared sauce over your pancakes.
