Recipe: Chocolate Carrot Cake

INGREDIENTS:

🔹 400g canned red beans,

🔹 120g banana,

🔹 20g cocoa,

🔹 200g carrots,

🔹 2 egg whites,

🔹 10 g olive/coconut oil,

🔹 30 g of Activlab protein supplement with a cookie and cream flavor.

PREPARATION :

We start by whipping the egg whites into stiff peaks.

In a separate bowl, blend the beans, banana, olive oil, cocoa and Activlab conditioner until smooth.

Add the grated carrot to the blended mass and mix thoroughly.

Gradually add the beaten egg whites to the mixture and gently combine.

Line an 18cm diameter baking tin with baking paper, pour in the mixture and bake until a toothpick comes out clean, about 30-40 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
