Coconut Princessa is one of the favorite wafers for many people. Many people love the company of coconut ingredients, so today we present you a delicious recipe for the cake "Coconut Princessa"

INGREDIENTS:
🔹 70g coconut flakes,
🔹 30g of natural rice wafers, crushed,
🔹 40g vanilla/coconut protein powder,
🔹 60g coconut milk (solid part),
🔹 60g Activlab coconut mousse,
🔹 80g Skyr Yogurt.
PREPARATION
In a larger bowl, mix together the coconut flakes and protein powder. In a water bath, heat the coconut oil and coconut milk, then add the yogurt and mix thoroughly. Then add the liquid part to the dry ingredients, mix, then add the crushed wafers and mix all the ingredients together again. Put the resulting mass on a cake tin or tart pan.
For the icing, prepare the chocolate with sweetener and coconut milk in a water bath. Pour the finished icing onto our coconut base, sprinkle with shavings on top. Put in the fridge for at least an hour. It tastes best the same day.
