Chocolate Cupcakes Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

🔹 2 egg whites,

🔹 100g banana,

🔹 50 ml milk,

🔹 100 g millet,

🔹 20g cocoa,

🔹 30 g protein supplement,

🔹 5 pcs. sweetener,

🔹 1 teaspoon baking powder,

🔹 20g dark chocolate 85%.

PREPARATION :

Beat the egg whites until stiff. Pour the millet into a sieve or bag and rinse with water. Pour 400 ml of water into a pot, add the millet and cook for about 20 minutes until cooked through. After cooking and cooling, pour the millet into a bowl, add the banana, milk, cocoa, nutritional supplement, sweetener and baking powder. Blend everything thoroughly. Gradually add the egg whites to the chocolate mass and combine. Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces, add to the mass and mix. Pour everything into molds and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.
