However, it is indisputable that if you want to have more energy for work and physical activity at home, it is good to start the day with an energetic, delicious meal. Today we offer you delicious donuts with the addition of protein supplement. This real feast for the eyes and palate is easy to prepare and tastes delicious. Recipe: Donuts for a quick breakfast
Recipe for 12 small servings:
Put into the blender:
🔹Half a banana;
🔹2 eggs;
🔹30g Activlab MASS UP protein supplement;
🔹100 ml milk;
🔹120g rice/wheat flour;
🔹10g olive oil/coconut oil;
🔹A teaspoon of baking powder.
🕛 Blend everything until smooth. Pour half into a silicone donut mold, mix the other half with cocoa (10g) and pour into the mold as well.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 15-20 minutes. You can pour melted dark chocolate on top and sprinkle with shavings or nuts.
