Today we have prepared something tasty for fans of heaven in your mouth. Anyone who loves sweets will surely associate the taste of the delicious Kinder Country bar. Children and adults alike reach for it when they feel like having little dietary sins. That is why today we are sending you a delicious alternative that will be a great substitute for this bar, but it can also be considered a nice, wholesome meal in a sweet version.

INGREDIENTS:

🔹 30g puffed rice,

🔹 150g Skyr,

🔹 150g natural yogurt,

🔹 20g of Avtivlab protein supplement with a cream cookie or vanilla flavor,

🔹 crushed sweetener,

🔹 20g dark chocolate 85%.

PREPARATION

Mix the protein supplement with a little water, then add skyr, yogurt, sweetener and mix everything thoroughly. Then, throw in our puffed rice and mix thoroughly, transfer everything to a container/bowl/glass. Put in the fridge, and in the meantime melt the chocolate in a water bath or in the oven/microwave. Pour the chocolate on top of our dessert, sprinkle with puffed rice and put in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
