For many people, one of the most delicious cakes in the world. It's just a shame that eating a large piece means starving for the rest of the day. That's why we're bringing you this cake in a better, healthier and more delicious version.

INGREDIENTS:

🔹 red beans from a can 400g,

🔹 2 eggs,

🔹 cocoa 20g,

🔹 skyr 330g,

🔹 banana 2 pcs. 240g,

🔹 Activlab chocolate pudding 30g,

🔹 olive oil 10ml,

🔹 dark chocolate 80% 20g,

🔹 5 teaspoons baking powder.

PREPARATION

Rinse the beans in a sieve. Throw the rinsed beans, 2 egg yolks, cocoa, 1 banana, pudding, olive oil, baking powder into a blender and blend everything until smooth. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites. Gently combine the egg whites with our chocolate mass. Pour into a cake tin or tart pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean, about 70 minutes. In the meantime, in a separate bowl, throw in the skyr, finely chopped banana and chopped chocolate, mix everything together. After baking, open the oven and leave the cake to cool. When the cake has cooled, gently hollow out the top and middle and crumble it, put the cream in the middle and finally sprinkle with our shortcrust pastry.
