A meal in the form of a dessert sounds interesting. It sounds even more appealing if this dessert is inspired by the chocolate M&Ms we all know. So the recipe lands straight in your hands and use it for any possible time of day. Whether it's breakfast, lunch or dinner. It will be tasty and healthy!

INGREDIENTS:

🔹 50g semolina,

🔹 200ml milk 0.5%,

🔹 10g cocoa,

🔹 30g dark chocolate 80%,

🔹 20g of Activlab protein supplement with chocolate-nut flavor,

🔹 20g peanuts.

PREPARATION

Boil the milk in a pot. While it is boiling, add the groats and stir constantly to prevent lumps from forming. When the groats are thick, you can add the chocolate, cocoa and conditioner. Mix until the ingredients are completely combined. Set aside to cool. Finally, crush the nuts into small pieces, add half to the mixture and mix. Transfer the mixture to a container, sprinkle the other half of the nuts on top. Decorate with M&M's.
