There are definitely Oreo cookie lovers here. You absolutely have to try the recipe for this single-portion dessert, which, thanks to its high protein content, can also replace a full-value meal during the day

INGREDIENTS:

🔹 50g chocolate flakes,

🔹 20g Fit cocoa Activlab,

🔹 180g natural yogurt,

🔹 200g cottage cheese,

🔹 30g of Activlab cookies and cream flavored protein supplement.

PREPARATION

  • Dark layer: Blend the oats and cocoa until smooth.
  • White layer: Blend cheese, yogurt, and nutritional supplement until smooth.

Pour two layers alternately into the glass.

NUTRITIONAL VALUES:

🔹 calories: 633 kcal,

🔹 protein: 56 g,

🔹 fats: 19 g,

🔹 carbohydrates: 54 g.
