We are locked in our homes again. Our lives have turned upside down, and although restaurants and cafes have not been closed yet, many of us are simply afraid to visit them. This is the best time to use the excess free time to cook and sweeten your life a little. On this occasion, we have prepared a recipe for a delicious, fit apple pie for you. Check it out

Fit apple pie

INGREDIENTS:

🔹Apple, 400g,


🔹 A spoonful of cinnamon,


🔹 Oat flakes 40g,


🔹 Protein supplement 15g Activlab with a cream cookie flavor,


🔹 Butter 20g

PREPARATION:

Cut the apples into small pieces, put them in a pot, add sweetener (2-3 pieces), cinnamon and
some water.

Roast the apples on low heat for about 10 minutes. Transfer to two baking tins.


Grind the flakes into flour, add conditioner and butter.

Combine the ingredients thoroughly and knead until a loose but blendable consistency is obtained.

We crumble our crumble and sprinkle it over the apples in the molds.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake until the crumble is completely golden brown.
