Today we propose to brighten up your time spent at home with a healthy but sweet dessert. The perfect snack to improve your mood during a break from tedious work at home, or to crown the day. After all, you have to reward yourself from time to time, right? Let's reward our taste buds and eyes at once, betting on wholesome sweets that will give us a lot of pleasure, but will also be kind to the figure. See the recipe for Snickers-flavored porridge

Snickers porridge recipe

🔹75g semolina;

🔹300ml milk;

🔹150g Skyr yogurt,

🔹30g peanut butter;

🔹5 pcs. sweetener (optional: for people who prefer a sweeter version);

🔹10g cocoa;

🔹25g of De Luxe Lean Whey protein supplement with Cocoa flavour;

🔹2 pinches of salt.

🕛 PREPARATION:

Boil the milk in a pot. Then, add the sweetener when the milk begins to boil. Reduce to low heat, then gradually pour in the semolina, stirring the boiling milk all the time. Stir constantly until a thick, overcooked porridge is formed, about 10 minutes.

After cooking, pour into a bowl and set aside to cool. Add butter to a separate container, gently pour warm water or boiling water over it, mix everything until thin.

Then, add yogurt, conditioner and salt and mix thoroughly until uniform. If the sauce is too thick, we can add a little milk or water. We add the resulting sauce to our porridge. To add flavor, we can sprinkle crushed peanuts on top.
