A healthy breakfast that has all the nutrients your body needs, and additionally tastes like apple pie and will give you a dose of energy before a day full of challenges or training? Nothing easier! We present a recipe for a delicious apple omelette with the addition of protein supplement for a good start to the day and... the whole week.

Omelette with apples

INGREDIENTS:

🔹 150 g apple,

🔹 50 ml milk,

🔹 50 g flour,

🔹 2 egg whites,

🔹 5 pcs. sweetener,

🔹 0.5 teaspoon of cinnamon,

🔹 1 teaspoon baking powder,

🔹 100g natural yogurt,

🔹 20 g of vanilla-flavored protein supplement.

PREPARATION:

Beat the egg whites until stiff. Then, cut the apple into small pieces.

Add the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, sweetener, milk, egg yolks and apples to the beaten egg whites and mix all the ingredients thoroughly.

Fry in a hot pan (use Pam spray for frying or wipe the pan with paper dipped in coconut oil).

Pour the conditioner and about 50-100 ml of water into a bowl. Mix everything together, then add the yogurt.

Ready!
