Fit Gingerbread Pudding
INGREDIENTS:
🔹 Oat flakes - 70g
🔹 Activlab Chocolate Pudding - 30g
🔹 Gingerbread spice - 10g
🔹 Cocoa - 10g
🔹 Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
🔹 Gingerbread - 1 pc.
🔹 Sweetener - 4pcs.
PREPARATION:
Boil 280ml of water or milk in a pot. In a bowl, mix together oat flakes, gingerbread spice, sweetener, pudding, cocoa and cinnamon, then pour into our pot with water/milk. Cook on low heat and stir occasionally, cook until boiled and thickened; about 10 minutes. After cooking, pour into a bowl and leave to cool. Sprinkle with cinnamon on top and decorate with gingerbread.
