I think most of us know Toffifee. Today we come to you with a proposal of a high-protein, easy cake in a slightly healthy version and delicious in taste. A piece of this cake can also be a great snack during the post-workout period and will provide us with a full-value source of protein.

INGREDIENTS:

🔹 500 g of low-fat cottage cheese,

🔹 400 g Greek yogurt 0%,

🔹 2 packages of vanilla pudding without sugar,

🔹 4 egg whites,

🔹 90 g of Activlab protein supplement with Fudge flavor,

🔹 15 pcs. crushed sweetener,

🔹 30g dark chocolate 80%,

🔹 100 g caramel mass,

🔹 50g biscuits.

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and line a round baking tray with baking paper. Beat four egg whites until stiff. Add cottage cheese, natural yogurt, pudding, protein supplement, xylitol to a large bowl and blend until smooth. Gradually add the beaten egg whites to the cheese mass and combine. Place the sponge cakes on the bottom, pour the entire cheese mass into the sponge cake tin and bake for about 40 minutes, checking the degree of baking with a thin stick in the meantime. Sprinkle the finished cheesecake with grated dark chocolate, pour the caramel mass on top, which can be mixed a little with boiling water. Decorate with Tofifee.
