Today we return to the taste of childhood. Who of you has ever eaten semolina with fruit mousses? Nowadays, people are increasingly returning to this type of meals, because they are light, and in combination with a protein supplement, they create a full-value meal that is great for the pre-/post-workout period. This combination of vanilla-flavored soy protein with semolina and raspberry mousse must be on your menu. WARNING! It can be addictive.

INGREDIENTS:

🔹 semolina 75g;

🔹 Soya PRO conditioner vanilla flavor 40g,

🔹 fresh/frozen raspberries 200g.

PREPARATION:

Pour 500 ml of water into the pot. While cooking, pour in our porridge and mix thoroughly. Mix until the porridge thickens to avoid lumps. While cooking, we can add sweetener to sweeten it. Cook for about 10 minutes, if it thickens, turn it off and set aside to cool. In a separate bowl, pour in the egg white and 200 ml of water, mix and add to our porridge, mix thoroughly again and pour into a bowl.

In a separate pot, we throw raspberries, add a little water and optionally sweetener. Cook on low heat, stirring from time to time. We put our raspberry mousse on the cooled porridge.
