We've prepared a recipe for a healthy snack in a light version for you. Oat cookies will be the perfect complement to breakfast or a bit of sweetness for your afternoon coffee. Take a look

Healthy Oatmeal Cookies
INGREDIENTS :
🔹 100g oat flakes,
🔹100g banana,
🔹 20g peanut butter,
🔹 20g honey,
🔹 5g olive oil,
🔹 20g of 100% Isolate De Luxe ZERO protein supplement with Banana flavor .
PREPARATION :
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Put the butter, honey, olive oil and banana in a bowl and knead thoroughly with a fork, combining the ingredients.
Then, add the flakes and conditioner and mix everything together again.
We form cookies on baking paper. You can sprinkle the top with dark chocolate.
Place in a preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes. It is worth watching the process so that our cookies do not brown too much.
