Contest Rules
GENERAL PROVISIONS
- The competition is conducted under the name "Biegowy Potop Szwedzki 2018" and is hereinafter referred to as the "Competition".
- These regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations") specify in particular the principles, scope and conditions of participation, the duration of the Competition, the principles of announcing the results of the Competition, the method of informing about the Competition and its terms, the method of filing complaints related to the Competition.
- The Competition is organized by Regis Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Krakow at ul. W. Sławka 3a. The prizes in the Competition are sponsored by Stena Line Scandinavia AB
- The competition is conducted on Facebook.

SUBJECT AND DURATION OF THE COMPETITION
- The competition task involves sending a photo that shows the running route saved in any exercise application. The most interesting shape of the route wins. Answers should be provided in the comments under the competition post on the profile https://www.facebook.com/runnersandcyclists
- The competition begins on September 9, 2018 and ends on September 21, 2018 at 11:59 PM.
- The announcement of results and the awarding of prizes shall take place after the end of the Competition in accordance with the principles set out in paragraph 5 of the Regulations.

PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION
- Participation in the Competition is free of charge.
- The Competition is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of joining the Competition, have full legal capacity and who have successfully joined the Competition in the manner described in Section 5 of this paragraph (hereinafter referred to as "Participants").
- By entering the Contest, the Participant accepts the Rules in their entirety. The Participant undertakes to comply with the rules set out therein, and also confirms that he/she meets all the conditions that entitle him/her to participate in the Contest.
- Participation in the Competition and the rights and obligations related to it, including the right to request the delivery of a prize, cannot be transferred to other persons.
- The person referred to in paragraph 2 enters the Competition by publishing a comment on the profile https://www.facebook.com/runnersandcyclists in response to the task described in §2, point 1. The authors of the most accurate and interesting answers will be awarded.
- Correct completion of the activities specified in paragraph 5 results in sending an entry to the Competition (hereinafter referred to as the "Entry").
- Each Contest Participant may submit an entry multiple times both on a given Contest Day and during the entire Contest, with the proviso that he or she may not receive more than one Contest Prize per Contestant's household.
- Participation in the Competition under the terms specified in the Regulations is possible only and exclusively in the event of the consent to the processing of personal data by the Participant for the benefit of the Organizer to the extent specified in the Regulations and involves the transfer of the following personal data of the Participant:
- name and surname,
- Facebook username,
- email address,
- mailing address
- phone number
- The Organizer has the right to remove vulgar or offensive content from entries without notifying the Participant.
- By entering the Competition, the Participant declares that he or she consents to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926).
- The participant submitting a work to the competition declares that he or she, as the creator, has the personal and property copyrights to the submitted photo and recipe, without any restrictions or encumbrances in favour of third parties.
- The author of the submitted work is obliged to transfer to the Organizer, on an exclusive basis, free of charge, the copyright and related rights for the unlimited use and disposal of the photos.
- All submitted entries may be posted on the “Fit&Fun” profile on Facebook.com.
- Contest Participants shall be fully liable to the Organizer in the event of any third party claims arising from infringement of their rights as a result of the Organizer’s use of their entries in accordance with these Regulations.
- In the event of a violation of copyright by a Contest Participant, the Contest Organizer is authorized to transfer the Contest Participant's data to third parties. This data may be used by third parties to pursue their rights through civil and criminal proceedings for violation of their copyright.
- By submitting the competition entry, the Participant grants Activlab Sp. z o. o. a license to use the entry worldwide, without time limits.
- The license referred to in the previous sentence includes primarily the right to permanently or temporarily reproduce the completed competition work in whole or in part by any means and in any form, in particular by entering it into computer memory, as well as by entering, displaying, using, transmitting and storing it. Translating, adapting, changing the layout or any other changes in the completed competition work; Fixing and reproducing the competition work - producing copies of all or part of the competition work using a specific technique, including printing, reprographic, magnetic recording and digital technology.
- Circulation of the original or copies on which the competition entry was recorded - introduction into circulation, lending or rental of the original or copies of the whole or part of the competition entry.
- Distributing the competition work in another way - public performance, exhibition, display, reproduction, broadcasting and re-broadcasting of all or part of the competition work, as well as making all or part of the competition work publicly available in such a way that everyone can have access to it at a place and time of their choosing.

COMPETITION PROCEDURE AND PRIZES
- The prizes in the Competition are: 2 x double tickets to the Biegowy Potop Szwedzki organized by Stenaline on 30/09/2018, worth PLN 538 gross each.
- People whose answers are deemed by the Competition Committee to be the most accurate and interesting have a chance to win.
- The Competition Committee selects 2 winners based on compliance with the Regulations.
- In order to clarify any doubts related to the Participant's participation in the Competition, the Organizer may contact him/her using the private messaging system on Facebook.
- The Winner has no right to exchange the Prize for another item, benefit or cash equivalent.
- One Contest Participant may be awarded a maximum of one prize.
- The winners of the Competition may not transfer the right to receive the prize to third parties.

ANNOUNCEMENT OF RESULTS AND COMPETITION BOARD
- The Competition Winners will be announced within 3 days of the end of the Competition.
- The winner will be notified of their win via Facebook.
- In order to receive the free cruise prize, Winners should place an order for the cruise by sending an email to: izabela.kofel@stenaline.com. A reservation will be made based on the information sent.
- If the awarded Participant fails to perform the above actions, the prize remains the property of the Founder.
- The Competition Jury consists of three members appointed by the Organizer.
- Winners shall not be entitled to the prize if they have not met any of the conditions specified in paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 of the Regulations, including failure to provide data enabling the exercise of the right to the prize in accordance with paragraph 3, point 8. In such a case, the prize shall remain at the disposal of the Founder.
- The Organizer shall not be liable for any incorrect contact details, address of residence or other identification details provided by the awarded Contest Participant, or for any changes to such data not notified to the Organizer.

COMPLAINTS
- Complaints regarding the Competition may be submitted by Participants in writing within 7 days of the end of the Competition, by registered mail to the following address: ul. Walerego Sławka 3a 30-633 Kraków, or via private message on Facebook.
- Complaints should include the details of the person submitting the complaint (name, surname, e-mail address, correspondence address), a concise statement of the reasons for the complaint and a description of the expected manner of its consideration.
- Complaints will be considered within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the complaint, and the person filing the complaint will be notified of the method of handling the complaint to the e-mail address provided in the Application or by registered mail. Complaints are considered by the Competition Committee.

PERSONAL DATA
- The personal data of the Competition Participants will be processed for the purposes of conducting the Competition, selecting the Winner and awarding, issuing and receiving the prize.
- The personal data of the Contest Participants will be used in accordance with the terms specified in the Act of 29 August 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926). The administrator of personal data is the Organizer.
- The processing of data referred to in paragraph 1 of this section also includes the publication of the name and surname or User Name on Facebook of the Participant - as the Winner of the Competition.
- The participant has the right to view and correct his/her personal data.
- Providing personal data is voluntary, but failure to provide it prevents participation in the Contest.

FINAL PROVISIONS
In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
