Rules of the “Motivation for Active Moms” competition on Facebook

• 1. General provisions

1. The organizer of the competition called:

"Motivation for Active Moms" (hereinafter referred to as the "Competition") is UNIPRO Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Targowisko, no. 553, Kłaj commune.

2. Entries to the Competition will be collected via the Organizer's profile (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer's Profile") maintained at the URL address: https://www.facebook.com/ActivlabPoland/ on the Facebook social networking site (hereinafter referred to as "Facebook"), under the terms and conditions set out in these Regulations.
3. The Competition Rules (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") are available at www.activlab.pl , this information can be found on the Organizer's Profile.
4. The Contest is not sponsored, supported, administered by or associated with Facebook or the owner or administrator of Facebook. Information provided by the person registering for the Contest is information provided to the Organizer, not Facebook. Facebook, its owner or administrator are not responsible for the proper conduct of the Contest. Any claims in this regard should be directed to the Organizer.
5. The times given in the Regulations refer to the current local time in Poland.

• 2. Participation in the Competition

1. Participation in the Competition is free of charge.
2. The Participants of the Competition, hereinafter referred to as "Participants", may be adult natural persons, with full legal capacity and residing in the territory of the Republic of Poland, meeting the conditions specified in the Regulations. Persons with limited legal capacity, including minors who have reached the age of 13, may take part in the Competition only with the consent of their legal guardian. In the event that such a person wins the Competition, the condition for receiving the prize is to send to the Organizer to the e-mail address ebok@activlab.pl a scan of a declaration signed by the legal guardian on his/her consent to the Participant's participation in the Competition (the declaration must include the name, surname and address of the Participant and the signature of the legal guardian).
3. Employees of the Organizer, as well as their spouses, children, parents and siblings cannot participate in the Competition.
4. The condition of participation and the possibility of applying for a prize is the Participant's compliance with the rules set out in the Regulations.

• 3. Application for participation, conditions of participation and course of the Competition

1. Only users with a Facebook account who are "fans" of the Organizer's Profile, in accordance with § 3 section 2 below, or who identify themselves as "fans" of the Organizer's Profile at the latest at the time of registering for the Competition may participate in the Competition.
2. The Contest Participant identifies himself/herself as a "fan" of the Organizer's Profile using the standard Facebook function by pressing the "Like" button available on the Organizer's Profile.
3. To take part in the Competition, you must publish a comment on the competition post on the Profile on the Organizer's Profile between May 19, 2020, 5:00 p.m. and May 22, 2020, 6:00 p.m., in response to the competition task: "Motivate moms to be physically active in any form."
4. Once a comment has been published, the Contest Participant may not make any changes to it.
5. One participant may submit only one comment to the Contest, as referred to in paragraph 3 above, regardless of the number of Facebook accounts they have. If the same participant publishes more than one comment, only the comment saved first on the Organizer's Profile within the Contest will be considered as a comment submitted to the Contest.
6. A participant may only submit a comment that:

6.1 Does not violate legal regulations or legally protected third party rights. This means in particular that:

– The participant must be the author of the content of the comment containing the competition answer and may not use other people’s content (including content from the Internet or digital applications) or fragments thereof;

– Other recognizable persons may be mentioned in the content of the comment (also anonymously) only if they have given their express consent to do so, which also covers the publication of the content of the comment;

– the comment may not contain content that is offensive, defamatory or otherwise damaging to anyone’s good name;

– the comment cannot contain content prohibited by law;

– the comment cannot contain content that is contrary to good customs, e.g. obscene or offensive to religious feelings;

– the comment must not encourage actions that are contrary to the law, good customs or pose a threat to safety.

6.2 Does not promote entities other than the Organizer.

6.3 Complies with the Facebook Terms of Service.

If any of the above conditions are not met, the entry to the Contest will not be considered. In addition, the Organizer may take steps to avoid associations between the comment and the Organizer, or its activities or products.

7. The comment may be published on the Organizer's Profile or on the www.activlab.pl website on the blog, informing about the course and results of the Contest. The Participant agrees to share the comment signed with his/her name and surname or anonymously, at the Organizer's discretion.

• 4. Rules for selecting the winner.

1. The title of winner, distinction and the right to the Prize will be awarded to a total of two Participants meeting the requirements specified in §§ 2 and 3 of the Regulations, whose comments are deemed the most interesting by the jury.
2. The Participant who becomes the Winner of the Contest will be notified of this fact by a private message from the Organizer on Facebook. The prizes will be sent to the winners.

• 5. Awards

1. The winner will receive a prize: a set of dietary supplements.
2. Prizes are not subject to tax on competition winnings.
3. The prize will be realized only in the form specified in the Regulations, without the possibility of paying its equivalent in cash or exchanging it for another prize in kind. The participant cannot transfer the right to receive the prize to another person.

• 6. Complaints procedure

1. Complaints regarding the Competition should be submitted to the Organizer by May 30, 2020. Complaints should be submitted to the following e-mail address: ebok@activlab.pl
2. Complaints will be considered by the Organizer within 14 (fourteen) days of their receipt.
3. The above provisions do not limit the rights of participants to pursue claims after conducting the complaint procedure or without filing a complaint in this procedure.
