COMPETITION RULES

"Create and promote your own Activlab product"

I GENERAL INFORMATION

1. The organizer of the competition "Create your own Activlab product" is Regis Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Krakow at ul. W.Sławka 3a.
2. The “Create your own Activlab product” competition is organized to promote the Activlab brand and the nutritional supplements produced by the Organizer.
3. The Organizer declares that the Competition is organized with its own resources and is financed from its own funds for promotion and advertising. The rules of the Competition "Create your own Activlab product" will be available for the entire duration at the Organizer's office, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. from Monday to Friday, and on its website www.activlab.pl .

II COMPETITION PARTICIPANTS

The Promotion is open to all persons (consumers), except employees of the Organizer.

III ORGANIZATIONAL RULES OF THE COMPETITION

1. The competition participant is asked to present their idea for a product that they believe should appear in the Activlab offer, along with an idea for its promotion.
   The works eligible for the competition are in .doc, .ppt, .pdf formats sent to the following address: konkurs@activlab.pl

• Description of the proposed supplement or nutrient along with its composition, effects and possible uses
• Product promotion proposal
• Information about the sources used
• Declaration of legality of materials used in the application

3. In the case of minors, the written consent of the legal guardian is required to participate in the competition.

V. AWARDING OF PRIZES

1. Applications will be reviewed by a committee of the Organizer's employees. The committee consists of:

Artur Kamzol – Head of Development Department at Activlab

Paweł Przychodzeń – Activlab Brand Research and Development Specialist

Tomasz Jarzębiński – Brand Manager Activlab

Tomasz Dojwa - Business Development Manager Activlab Sport

2. From the submitted applications, the committee will select applications that will take places 1 to 3. Applications will be considered in terms of:

- Originality of composition and application

- Real possibilities of creating the proposed conditioner

- Legality of the proposed ingredients

- The form of presentation of the proposed product

- Creative and imaginative product promotion proposal

6th AWARDS

1. The winners will be selected from among the contest participants in the manner specified in point V.

1st place – Activlab supplements, nutrients and gadgets worth PLN 1,000 and one-time dietary consultations with an Activlab Sport Expert.

2nd place – Activlab supplements, nutrients and gadgets worth PLN 600

3rd place – Activlab supplements, nutrients and gadgets worth PLN 300

2. The Winner has no right to exchange the Prize for another item, benefit or cash equivalent.
3. One Contest Participant may be awarded a maximum of one prize.
4. The winners of the Competition cannot transfer the rights to receive the prize to third parties.

The total value of the prize includes a 10% flat-rate tax covered by the Organizer

VII. METHOD OF GIVING AWARDS

Prizes will be sent to participants via courier to the address provided in the application.

VIII COPYRIGHT

1. The participant submitting a work to the competition declares that he or she, as the creator, has the personal and property copyrights to the submitted photo and recipe, without any restrictions or encumbrances in favour of third parties.

2. The author of the submitted work is obliged to transfer to the Organizer, on an exclusive basis, free of charge, the copyright and related rights for the unlimited use and disposal of the photos.

3. The Contest Participants are fully responsible towards the Organizer.

in the event of third parties submitting claims for infringement of their rights as a result of the use of entries by the Organiser in accordance with these Regulations.

4. In the event of a violation of copyright by a Contest Participant, the Contest Organizer is authorized to transfer the Contest Participant's data to third parties. This data may be used by third parties to pursue their rights through civil and criminal proceedings for violation of their copyright.

5. By sending the competition entry, the Participant grants Regis Sp. z o. o. a license to use the entry worldwide, without time limits.

6. The license referred to in the previous sentence includes primarily the right to permanently or temporarily reproduce the completed competition work in whole or in part by any means and in any form, in particular by entering it into computer memory, as well as by entering, displaying, using, transmitting and storing it. Translating, adapting, changing the layout or any other changes to the completed competition work; Fixing and reproducing the competition work - producing copies of all or part of the competition work using a specific technique, including printing, reprographic, magnetic recording and digital technology.

7. Circulation of the original or copies on which the competition entry was recorded - introduction into circulation, lending or rental of the original or copies of the whole or part of the competition entry.

8. Distributing the competition work in another way - public performance, exhibition, display, reproduction, broadcasting and re-broadcasting of all or part of the competition work, as well as making all or part of the competition work publicly available in such a way that everyone can have access to it at a place and time of their choosing.

IX PERSONAL DATA

1. The personal data of the Competition Participants will be processed for the purposes of conducting the Competition, selecting the Winner and awarding, issuing and receiving the prize.
2. The personal data of the Contest Participants will be used in accordance with the terms specified in the Act of 29 August 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926). The administrator of personal data is the Organizer.
3. The participant has the right to view and correct his/her personal data.
4. Providing personal data is voluntary, but failure to provide it prevents participation in the Contest.

X COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

Any complaints regarding the course of the Promotion should be submitted in writing by registered mail between 01.03.2017 and 30.04.2017 to:

With the note on the envelope "Competition - Create and promote your own Activlab product"

In assessing whether the person filing the complaint has met the deadline referred to in point X, the date of the postmark of the registered letter containing the complaint shall be decisive. Complaints concerning the Promotion shall be considered within 14 days of their receipt. Complaints shall be considered by the competition committee.
