Yes. We produce sports nutrition. Yes, we help customers achieve a “better” body. Yes, we are also Body Positive.

Body positive - This does not contradict or exclude.
The vast majority of you have probably heard of the Body Prositive movement. It is a trend that was born as a response to idealized photos on Instagram and the cult of a beautiful body. According to psychologists, the ideal images we see on our smartphones can distort body perception and create unrealistic expectations. Therefore, the solution seems to be social campaigns showing the diversity of body structure and that everyone is the way they are.
“Sounds good, especially to those who don’t feel like working on their bodies,” you might be thinking.
Why are we writing this text on the blog of a brand that deals with daily motivation to work on your figure?
This is a response to your comments on one of the posts where we stated that we want to be "FOR EVERYONE". And yes, we still stand by our opinion.
Overweight, slim, woman, man: everyone will find something for themselves in our offer, and our mission is to raise awareness that physical activity, sport and supplementation is the perfect solution FOR EVERYONE.
What do you think: are young women and men statistically more motivated by the pursuit of beauty or health?
We fear that answer number one will prevail here. And that is not good news.
The flagship motto of the body positive movement is: "All bodies are good: both slim ones, worked hard in the gym, and fuller ones, with cellulite, belly rolls or stretch marks". Beauty lies in diversity and normality. Body positive is being kind to your body, to yourself and to others. It is allowing yourself and others to enjoy life regardless of the body you have to do it in. It is accepting bodies as they are and learning to respect them every day.
And having already mentioned respect for the body, we can start taking care of it. This is where the role of physical activity and ours, as a brand producing dietary supplements, comes into play.
Anyone can start taking care of their fitness. It is important to remember that their priority should be health.
