What is the reason for the widespread panic about not leaving the house that has gripped us all? The inability to introduce our routine habits into our daily lives when we have no external orders. A morning bath, a going-out style, make-up? And what is the point of all this if the boss is not waiting for us at the desk at 8:00 anyway. A workout at home? In a tattered tracksuit - IF AT ALL (!) - because our favorite fitness club is closed anyway. Stop! This is the biggest mistake we can make. With a bit of luck, with this approach, only a miracle will protect us from states of low mood in the summer.

Stylish training - it's possible

Our proposal? Changing external control to internal control. Sounds complicated? Finally, the world you've been waiting for has appeared: without demands (ok, they still demand from you, but the control over the tasks you complete is much less), rush, expectations, and an excess of deadlines. You have become the master of your own destiny and try to make the most of it. Act in such a way that in the evening you can still say: "That was a productive day! I'm proud of myself."

Home workout? Who said it can't be stylish. If you miss the gym, make a substitute for it in your own home, opting for styles that will make you feel more confident and motivated again. Remember that word?
