High-protein omelette from the I'm Fit line with fit Nutella and raspberries

  • Mix the contents of the sachet thoroughly with 100 ml of water.
  • Heat a small amount of coconut oil or olive oil in a pan
  • Pour the batter onto a heated pan
  • Fry on both sides until golden brown
  • Place the prepared omelette on a plate
  • In a separate bowl add:

- 1 mashed avocado

- 20 g cocoa

- 1 tablespoon of erythritol

And mix the ingredients thoroughly… fit Nutella is ready!

  • Spread the previously prepared fit Nutella over the omelette
  • Add fresh raspberries and…done!
