- Mix the contents of the sachet thoroughly with 100 ml of cold water.
- Heat a small amount of coconut oil or olive oil in a pan
- Pour the batter onto a heated pan
- Add a few leaves of fresh spinach
- Fry on both sides until golden brown
- Add mozzarella and blue cheese to one part of the prepared omelette, and on the other one spread your favorite jam
- Transfer to a plate and fold the omelette in half.
- Finally, add a few more leaves of fresh spinach.
