Use 1/2 shot (40 ml) in three divided portions (13.3 ml each). Shake before use. After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within 48 hours. It is not recommended for people who train late at night due to the risk of problems with falling asleep. Store at room temperature, in a dry place, in a closed container, out of reach of small children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
