One 10g serving of BCAA Xtra Instant Activlab contains 5g of BCAAs in an optimal 2:1:1 ratio and 3.5g of L-glutamine. BCAAs constitute approximately 35% of the essential amino acids that build muscle protein and nearly 50% of the amino acids that must be obtained from food.
