USE
Pour 8 tablespoons of the product (50 g) into a bowl, pour in 150 ml of 2% milk (warm or cold), and mix thoroughly. Consume immediately after preparation. Store at room temperature, in a dry place, in a closed container, out of reach of small children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
