Amino Complex is an innovative combination of a complex of amino acids derived from whey protein hydrolysate, poultry protein hydrolysate, egg albumin and whey protein concentrate.
Protein hydrolysate is a type of molecule that has been pre-digested during the technological and production process to improve absorption. This process involves exposing whey protein concentrate or isolate to the action of proteolytic enzymes. This molecule is broken down into chains of varying lengths. This allows for the breakdown of long peptide chains into shorter ones.
Thanks to the process of hydrolysis, or pre-digestion, this molecule is able to pass through the intestinal tract more quickly and positively influence muscle protein synthesis. This improves overall protein absorption through pre-digestion into various peptide chains, while maintaining its anabolic and anti-catabolic properties.
Supplements containing hydrolysates are suitable for people suffering from lactose intolerance.
Protein hydrolysates, apart from their high content of complete proteins, do not contain unnecessary additives such as lactose or an unnecessary excess of other types of carbohydrates.
