DESCRIPTION AND OPERATION
In irritable bowel syndrome - IBS
Food for special medical purposes in the form of enteric-coated capsules containing sodium butyrate (sodium butyrate - 150 mg) in microgranulated form. This specialized microgranulated formulation allows the sodium butyrate to be released throughout the entire length of the small and large intestines.
Indications:
for dietary management in:
- intestinal dysfunction (irritable bowel syndrome - IBS),
- diarrhea after antibiotic therapy, • in intestinal infections and inflammatory diseases of the gastric mucosa
- in intestinal microflora disorders,
- in short-chain fatty acid deficiencies,
- in patients after anticancer treatment (including intestinal inflammation after radiotherapy)
This product is not intended for parenteral use. This product should be taken under medical supervision. This product is intended for adults and children over 7 years of age. This product should not be used as the sole source of nutrition.
