ORTO Creatine is a high-protein product containing collagen peptides, branched-chain amino acids (leucine, isoleucine, valine), creatine monohydrate (Creavitalis®), glucosamine sulfate, vitamins (D, K, C) and minerals (calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, zinc, manganese).
The source of collagen peptides is whey protein isolate (WPI).
Creatine
Taking creatine can help reduce muscle atrophy after immobilization and promote recovery during exercise rehabilitation, thus aiding recovery from injuries and contusions. The most thoroughly studied and clinically effective form of creatine, both in terms of muscle uptake and its ability to increase high-intensity exercise capacity, is creatine monohydrate. Due to its health benefits, creatine is recommended to consume 3g per day, especially in older adults.
Creavitalis® is a creatine monohydrate produced by the German company Alzchem Trostberg GmbH, produced exclusively by chemical synthesis, which guarantees its chemical purity (the product is practically free from any trace substances or by-products of animal or plant origin).

NUTRITIONAL VALUES
USE
1 sachet daily. Dissolve the contents of one sachet (25 g) in 250 ml of water. Consume immediately after preparation. Recommended treatment schedule: minimum 3 months. Store at room temperature, in a dry place, in a closed container, out of reach of small children. The product is intended for adults. The product should not be consumed by people taking anticoagulants containing vitamin K antagonists (e.g. warfarin and ancecoumarol). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
