- DebuVital is a food for special medical purposes. It comes in the form of enteric-coated capsules containing the sodium salt of butyric acid (sodium butyrate – 300 mg) in the form of microgranules. Butyric acid is a primary energy source for the gastrointestinal epithelium. This specialized microgranulate formulation allows sodium butyrate to be released throughout the entire small and large intestine. Sodium butyrate is recommended for dietary management in the following conditions: irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), intestinal microflora disorders, diarrhea following antibiotic therapy, intestinal infections and inflammatory diseases of the gastric mucosa, short-chain fatty acid deficiencies, and in patients following anticancer treatment (including intestinal inflammation following radiotherapy).

Brief description:
DebuVital is a food for special medical purposes. It comes in the form of enteric-coated capsules containing sodium butyrate (sodium butyrate – 300 mg) in the form of microgranules. Butyric acid is the primary energy source for the gastrointestinal epithelium.
The specialized form of microgranules causes the release of sodium butyrate to take place along the entire length of the small and large intestine.
Sodium butyrate is recommended for dietary management:
- in case of intestinal hypersensitivity (irritable bowel syndrome – IBS),
- in intestinal microflora disorders,
- in diarrhea after antibiotic therapy,
- in intestinal infections and inflammatory diseases of the gastric mucosa,
- in short-chain fatty acid deficiencies,
- in patients after anticancer treatment (including intestinal inflammation after radiotherapy).
Recommended daily dose:
Adults: 1 capsule 2 times a day, morning and evening; it is recommended to use the preparation for at least 3 months.
Children over 7 years of age: 1 capsule daily, preferably in the evening.
It is recommended to use the preparation for at least 6 weeks.
Important information:
This product must be used under medical supervision. It should not be used as the sole source of nutrition. This product is intended for adults and children over 7 years of age.
Warning:
The product is not intended for parenteral use.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity (allergy) to any of the ingredients. Do not use in children with swallowing disorders or if swallowing capsules is difficult.
Store at room temperature, in a dry place, in a closed container, out of reach of small children.

NUTRITIONAL VALUES
USE
Adults: 1 capsule 2 times a day, morning and evening; use for at least 3 months. Children over 7 years: 1 capsule daily, preferably in the evening; use for at least 6 weeks. Swallow the capsule whole (without chewing or spilling the contents) with 3/4 cup of lukewarm or cool water. It is best to take it with a meal. The product must be used under medical supervision. The product cannot be used as the sole source of nutrition. Do not use in children with swallowing disorders or if swallowing capsules is difficult. Store at room temperature, in a dry place, in a closed container, out of reach of small children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
