Recommended to replenish microflora during:
- autumn-winter
- after physical exertion
- antibiotic therapy and after it
- travel with a change of climate zone
- puberty in children.

NUTRITIONAL VALUES
USE
1 capsule daily. The capsule should be swallowed with a glass of water. The capsule can also be opened and its contents poured into a small amount of sweetened drink, food or added to a baby food bottle. The use of capsules in children under 6 years of age is not recommended due to the risk of choking; it is recommended to open the capsules and add their contents to a drink or food. Store at room temperature, in a dry place, in a closed container, out of reach of small children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
