Brief description:

SINODRIAL® HA Repairer is a new generation of intra-articular injections intended for use in:

• Degenerative Joint Disease (OSTEOARTHRITIS),
• Painful complaints and limited joint mobility resulting from injuries or joint overloads,

Cartilage damaged in a joint has limited regenerative potential and is poorly vascularized and innervated. Intra-articular injections of hyaluronic acid, amino acids and collagen precursors enable the administration of these substances directly into the diseased joint.

SINODRIAL® HA Repairer is a medical device in the form of a sterile, biodegradable, isotonic gel for intra-articular injection. Contains 2.5% hyaluronic acid, 2 ml ampoule = 50 mg of pure hyaluronic acid. High concentration in a small volume. It contains hypoallergenic hyaluronic acid—obtained through bacterial fermentation from Streptococcus equi bacteria (no animal proteins present—no allergic reactions to foreign proteins). It works only in the joint where it is injected, with no systemic effects.

SINODRIAL® HA Repairer has viscoelastic properties, which allows for the normalization of the viscosity of the synovial fluid present in the joint cavity and, thanks to the presence of amino acids, increases the production of type II collagen.

HYBRID HYALURONIC ACID (molecular weight 3 million Da):

• M-HA – medium molecular weight hyaluronic acid : activates biological processes in the joint, aimed at rebuilding joint cartilage. It stimulates the production of hyaluronic acid, which is naturally present in the joint. It stimulates synoviocytes to synthesize proteins present in synovial fluid and remove contaminants.
• H-HA – high-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid – has strong moisturizing and cushioning properties. It stimulates chondrocyte proliferation.

AMINO ACIDS = COLLAGEN PRECURSORS
(L-proline, L-hydroxyproline, Glycine, L-lysine, HCL)
They are the main components of collagen. The general amino acid composition of collagen is 33% glycine and 10% proline. Additionally, there are amino acids not found in most other proteins, such as L-hydroxyproline (10%) and 5-hydroxylysine (1%).

The amino acids contained in Sinodrial stimulate the reconstruction of natural collagen and thus regenerate cartilage.

EFFECTS OF SINODRIAL THERAPY:

• slows down the degeneration of joint cartilage,
• stimulates the growth of chondrocytes and inhibits their apoptosis,
• activates metabolic and regenerative processes of joint cartilage,
• increases the production of type II collagen,
• soothes inflammatory processes,
• reduces joint pain,
• has antioxidant and antiradical properties,
• stimulates synoviocytes to produce endogenous hyaluronic acid,
• It only affects the joint into which it is injected, without causing any systemic effects.

One pre-filled syringe contains two groups of ingredients necessary for the reconstruction and protection of diseased joints.

Administration cycle:

1 vial every 15 days for 2 months (4 ampoules). Booster dose after 6 months - 1 ampoule.

Warnings and side effects:

SINODRIAL is suitable for intra-articular injection only and should only be administered by a physician who has undergone specialized training in intra-articular injection technique. Before use, check the syringe for integrity and expiration date. Do not use needles other than those listed. This product should not be injected into a joint that is infected or severely inflamed. In the event of infection at the injection site or inflammation of the skin near the injection site, infiltration should be avoided. After intra-articular injection, it is recommended to advise the patient to avoid physical exertion that places stress on the joint and to resume normal activity after a few days. Because SINODRIAL has not been tested in pregnant or breastfeeding women, its use in such cases is not recommended.

SINODRIAL should not be used on patients under 18 years of age. SINODRIAL is a single-use product: quality and sterility are only guaranteed if the syringe is tightly sealed. Any remaining product should be discarded and not reused, even after resterilization. Do not use the product if the packaging is already open or damaged. After use, the syringe should be disposed of in an appropriate container in accordance with current regulations.

After SINODRIAL injection, transient side effects such as pain, stiffness, warmth, redness, or swelling may occur. These secondary symptoms can be alleviated by applying ice to the treated joint. These symptoms usually subside after a short time. If symptoms persist, consult a doctor. Any other side effects associated with SINODRIAL injection must be reported to the doctor. As with any periarticular procedure, septic arthritis may occasionally occur if general injection precautions are not followed or if the injection site is not aseptic.
