EspuActiv FORTE Activlab Pharma medical device is intended for use to relieve feelings of fullness, bloating, belching, and discomfort associated with excessive accumulation of gas and air in the gastrointestinal tract, which cause tension and pressure in the intestines. EspuActiv FORTE Activlab Pharma reduces the surface tension of gas bubbles in the intestines, thereby facilitating their rupture and subsequent expulsion. Simethicone exhibits surface action and does not enter into any chemical reactions. It is a pharmacologically and physiologically inert substance.
EspuActiv FORTE Activlab Pharma is intended for adjunctive use in preparing patients for diagnostic examinations of the abdominal cavity (ultrasonography, endoscopy, radiography, and colonoscopy) to remove gas and air from the gastrointestinal tract, which improves the quality of the images obtained.

The product is used as an aid in preparing patients for abdominal diagnostic examinations by removing gases and air from the gastrointestinal tract, which improves the quality of the obtained images.
USE
Capsules should be taken orally, before or after a meal, with an adequate amount of liquid (e.g., 1 glass of water). It is not recommended to drink carbonated beverages while using the product. Adults: as needed, 1 capsule 2–4 times a day, maximum 4 capsules daily (960 mg simethicone). Pregnant women: dosage and method of use as directed by a doctor or pharmacist. Children aged 12 to 18 years: as needed, 1 capsule daily. Preparation for diagnostic tests: adults and children aged 12-18 years – 1 capsule the evening before the test and 1 capsule in the morning on an empty stomach on the day of the test. Do not use in children under 12 years of age. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to simethicone or the product ingredients. Do not use in case of perforation or obstruction of the gastrointestinal tract. Store at 15–25ºC, out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date. Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding requires consultation with a doctor or pharmacist. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
