Silicone scar gel
The BliznOFF medical device is intended for use as a supportive treatment for scars of various origins. The gel should be applied to scars after the wound has fully healed.
This scar ointment smooths and relaxes the tissue, softening and firming the skin, improving its appearance. Scars become less discolored. Using the product reduces itching and tightness.

It absorbs quickly, does not contain PEG, parabens, detergents including SLS, SLES, is non-sticky, is safe for the skin, and provides all-day protection.
Mechanism of action:
After applying BliznOFF, a moisturizing protective coating is created on the skin, remaining at the application site. This significantly reduces friction and provides long-lasting protection against mechanical scar damage, abrasions, and irritation. Application of the product, combined with massage, loosens the scar tissue.
Effective active ingredients in scar ointment
BliznOFF Scar Ointment contains a carefully selected complex of ingredients with proven regenerative properties. Polydimethylsiloxane creates an invisible, breathable protective barrier that protects the scar from external factors and prevents moisture loss from the tissue. Hyaluronic acid in its sodium salt form intensively moisturizes the deep layers of the skin, accelerating cell renewal and improving scar elasticity. Hydroxypropyl bispalmitamide MEA acts as a natural emollient that softens hardened scar tissue and supports its remodeling. Thanks to the synergistic action of these ingredients, BliznOFF Scar Ointment effectively reduces the appearance of post-surgical, post-acne, and post-injury scars. Regular use of the product makes scars flatter, lighter, and less visible, restoring a uniform appearance to the skin.

USE
The gel should be applied to scars after the wound has completely healed and the scabs have fallen off. Apply a small amount of gel to the clean and dry surface of the scar, starting from the center of the scar and moving towards its edges. Perform a gentle massage of the scar using circular movements. If there is excess gel, remove the excess. Use up to 4 times a day. The product is intended for external use only on intact skin. Store in the original packaging, at room temperature 5-30°C, protected from light and heat sources. Keep out of the reach and sight of children. Do not use the product after the expiry date or if the packaging is damaged. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
