Recipe for a sweet breakfast

- 60g millet flakes

- 20g cocoa

- 100g Greek yogurt

- a handful of any breakfast cereal

- 20g peanut butter

- 35g protein powder (in this case peanut butter and raspberry flavor)

- a pinch of cinnamon

- sweetener

- nuts

- coconut flakes

  • Pour boiling water over the millet flakes and sweetener so that the flakes are covered, then mix and set aside for 5 minutes.
  • Add cocoa and 10-15g of supplement to previously prepared flakes. Blend everything to obtain a pudding consistency, then transfer to a separate bowl or container
  • In a separate container, mix Greek yogurt with cinnamon and one tablet of sweetener. Then add the prepared mass as the second layer (to the previous layer of pudding) of our dessert.
  • Crumble the breakfast cereal and sprinkle it over the dessert
  • Pour a little boiling water over the peanut butter to obtain a creamy consistency.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the protein powder with a small amount of water to create a thick sauce, then add to the nut cream and mix thoroughly. Add the prepared topping as the next layer of our dessert
  • Finally, sprinkle the whole thing with coconut flakes and nuts.
